I can't get a response to my appeal.

Hello! I filed an appeal against the blocking of my seller account. When filing an appeal, the message stated that it would take 1-2 days to review my appeal. After 14 days, my appeal was not reviewed. I wrote to the support service, they said to write an appeal. A vicious circle. Why is the review period of my appeal being delayed?
