I applied twice for brand registry approval but Amazon rejected my brand registry. The reason is Amazon not satisfied with invoice. I asked my supplier for a dated and signed invoice and resubmitted but it still was rejected. What have others sellers used for an acceptable invoice document?

Are you sure you are talking about Brand Registry?
I have registered 100s of trademarks on Brand Registry. Not one a single one required submitting an invoice.

Why is this happening?
After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we have concluded that the “Manufacturing Agreement” you provided was missing, incomplete or did not satisfy the requirements to confirm brand association or ownership.
I keep getting this, What have you submitted in the past for a valid manufacturing agreement?

Nothing...and I have registered hundreds of brands on Brand Registry.
I submit live images with the trademark permanently affixed onto the item as well as a digital image of the log and, in some cases, an image of the trademark.
I have never needed to submit a manufacturing agreement. I believe you are pressing the wrong button when registering for brand registry.

Depending on what sellers select through the brand registry process, providing manufacturing and distribution information is required!
You can check section 4.1 of the brand application guide.
b) If you select the second option, you will be asked to upload a proof of arrangement between your brand and the third-party manufacturer. Providing this documentation is required.

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.
Looking through your most recent application, I see you were declined with the “Manufacturing Agreement” not being sufficient. This is because you have selected that you "I have an agreement, contract or relationship with a third-party manufacturer which manufactures majority or all of the products under my brand."
However the document you attached is a receipt from Alibaba. This does not prove that you have an agreement, contract or relationship with a third-party manufacturer.
