I am writing to you regarding my main Seller Central account which is currently blocked.
I request your assistance to resolve this situation.
1 years ago, I created an incomplete account, never completed by mistake. That account has since been deleted
2 I created this case (17105466831), but for days I have been receiving the same response from a bot.
I don't know what else to do to reactivate the account, because they always tell me that there is a linked account, without giving me more details

The account hasn't been deleted if you are trying to reactivate it.

Usually they do give that information in the notification you receive. If you are seeing your own store name as being related, it could be another marketplace. Did you sign up for global selling and not complete the verification process/account setup?

Amazon does not delete partially activated accounts.
You will need to activate the old account before you can activate the new account.

The situation, "Multiple Accounts", can be confusing and frustrating to resolve. I would need to agree with @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7, your old account was never deleted. If the account was never completed, it could not be truly closed. Here is the document explaining how to Close your seller account.
I appreciate you providing the case ID. Working with our partner teams, it looks as if the incomplete store is in a different country. Could you please, from the US account, click on the settings wheel, top right corner and click Account Info.In the middle of the page, you see a box that shows Store status.
The Americas would be at the top - including Mexico, Canada and United States. Do you show another region also? Do you remember the country the incomplete account was in? You will need to log into that account (maybe the UK?) and complete that account set up. Once that is done, you will have a path to reactivate your US store.

As @Seller_YVJjn4roJOqpmstated, you will have a performance notification telling you the store name of the related account.
After you review the documentation, please log into the related regional account. Verify all your information is correct, address, phone, banking info, tax, charge cards, etc. You may be required to submit documentation for verification, such as a utility bill to verify your address. All submitted documents must exactly match the information in your seller account.
Once that is complete and your regional account is active, you will be able to reactivate the US account. You will need to appeal, letting the appeal team know your other account is reinstated.
