FBA to FBM

We have a couple of items that will NOT switch from FBA to FBM no matter what I try. I have tried manually doing it in the settings on the item and I have tried using an upload sheet. I have tried deleting the product for 24+ hours, but still nothing. We do not want to create a new SKU for this product. What can we do?

I wanted to share this prior forums thread on the same topic where other sellers have recommended creating another listing for an ASIN in a different condition, which allows for FBA and FBM listings but would require a new SKU.
