Missing items Inbound (Case ID 15763587111)

Case ID# 15763587111

We recently shipped 80 units of our product- 2 boxes in 1 shipment. Inside each box is 2 smaller boxes with 20 units/items each. Total count is 80 units.

We saw it received and checked in and then it was transfer to another FC - but after few days it was reconciled as 19 units missing. I labelled each & every item with the SKUs sticker and packed it myself and each small box can only fit 20 units. It's ridiculous that 19 units will be missing from one of the boxes. These are expensive items and it can't just go missing in Amazon's receiving end (with no consequences). There will be no profit to be had if a quarter of inventory is gone missing. This is beyond frustrating!

I will really appreciate it If anybody can help or have any suggestions.

50% of my shipments have "missing units". This is an ongoing problem that Amazon is clearly aware of and are compliset in. They don't do anything to prevent these issues. Like perhaps, the recording of shipments being opened and counted.

So far, up until this week, I have gotten all items found or reimbursed. However now, on 2 of the 4 shipments that were missing units, they are refusing to reimburse me stating they researched, and that's that.

Despite the fact that

1. I have a screenshot of them stating all items were counted and received and they went back later and changed it after the items were lost.

2. I record all packing and shipping as I have been doing this for 20 years. So amazon shipments also get recorded. I supplied a video of the entire packing showing the items were in the box, box sealed, and showed them how they would know if i opened it again before i mailed it out.

3. I have been sending them these recordings for a long time now and Amaon just had my youtube account suspended. THEY REPORTED MY VIDEOS. In them I stated "I am recording the packing of shipment XWZ because Amazon "Loses" or steals product from me on 50% of my shipments. These were private videos that ONLY Amazon had the link to. SO I know for a fact, they were the ones to report my videos and get my youtube account suspended.

The only thing I can say is keep writing back. Send what they ask for. If they keep asking for an invoice you already sent they will NOT TELL YOU what is wrong with it. They will just keep acting like you never sent it. YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM what is wrong with the invoice.

As far as getting reimbursed when they say we researched and closed the case. IDK. One one of mine this week, they "researched and closed the case" BEFORE I even submitted the appeal.
