On August 18th, 2024, I created 4 listings for my children's product variations, and I submitted the CPC and Test Report from a lab, Product instructions, and Images.

It took me almost 30 days to receive an email from the Amazon Product Compliance team because I started chatting with them a few days ago, but there are still no results for review.

"Hello, Thanks for your continued patience. We are currently researching your issue in partnership with the responsible team. We'll provide an update as soon as any additional information is available."

My approval status is still "Under Review."

Since my four product listings have already become "inactive" (All four Listing status: Removed), I have read on the Amazon forum that I may have to create new listings and re-submit all the documents so they can review my updated case again. If so, hopefully, the Amazon Product Compliance team won't take another 30 days to review my re-submitted documents.

This review is worrying because the product has been ready for shipment for one month at my Chinese manufacturer, and the Amazon Product Compliance team's review process is still "Under Review" !!

Can anyone help? Or could a mod look into this for me? @Cooper_Amazon or @Steve_Amazon are you able to help me figure this out? My case ID: 15980180151 and ID: 15855809611.
