How to solve product listing issues? they said cant reply to their email where I can send email of my products and informations?

Hi there!
Thank you for your post, apologies for the late reply.
If you are unable to reply to the case through your case log you will need to create new case with the supporting information the team requested.
This post might have a little more information to help you with the error: Error Code 5461.
Hopefully the team will get the issue resolved quickly but let me know if you have more questions.
