Since November 29, 2024, I have been receiving a continuous negative response to the fund release request I have applied for.
I have provided the requested documents such as ID, credit card, account verification, proof of delivery, etc.
Despite providing the documents, my account has not been activated.

If you have unresolved IP violations, funds will not be released to you. It says after 90 days you can apply, but somewhere in the small print it also tells you that authenticity/ supply chain issues must be resolved.

If you are wanting to provide documentation for review to get the account back into an active status, we would advise on navigating towards the account health page and providing the requested information through the appeal path that should be present. Once submitted, our team will review and determine if the details are sufficient enough to remove the restrictions on the account.
If they are able, the funds should be made available to you for you to acquire. Without a resolution, you will need to wait 60 days from the initial issue to submit a request to our disbursement team. They may request that you submit additional details for them to review and make a decision on. Please be aware that the decision made will be communicated to you in a performance notification and will be considered final.
