I need urgent help from experienced sellers or anyone who has faced a similar issue.
One of my genuine listings has been blocked because a competitor has raised a fake IP/ownership claim on it. I am 100% sure that this is my original listing, and I have all the proof that the content, images, and product belong to me.
Main issues:
Amazon has blocked the listing.
There is no option to submit a DMCA counter notice.
I have opened multiple cases with Seller Support, but I am only getting generic responses and no real help.

Can you clarify what exactly you're seeing? You should typically be able to submit these through your account health page in seller central. Next to the violation, you should see an option to submit information. If this option is mission, please share a screenshot or the related cases you mentioned so I can research your situation further and communicate with any necessary teams ti help resolve the situation.
