Products that have not been checked in for days
I have been doing FBA on Amazon for a long time and I have never seen a situation as problematic as this warehouse. On April 15th an urgent restock was made and delivered to ABQ2 - Goodyear, AZ. It has been 10+ days and UPS has delivered it to the warehouse but it still has not been checked. Every day this inventory is not available costs us potential sales. We pay hundreds of dollars for express shipping from China to quickly add items to my inventory. Amazon charges me tens of dollars for a small box in ABQ2 - Goodyear, AZ. But they do not check the items. Customer service says it is vague and they do not know how long it will take. What a joke. What is the point of doing FBA? I filed a complaint and of course Seller Support responded poorly and unacceptably. Amazon needs to get this under control immediately. Months of waiting, lost inventory. Tens of dollars for a small box. The system should be getting better when they charge this much but it is getting worse every day. Isn't there a moderator who can tell us something specific about the status of our inventory?

Hello @Seller_KZDRtOLePdZ9P . I understand that waiting for a shipment to be delivered, checked in, and the inventory made available for sale. If the shipment has been in transit/receiving for an extended period of time, it may be eligible for investigation/reconciliation. Otherwise, I do not have a path to expedite that process or receive more details on when the shipment will be fully checked in. The below Seller Help pages may have information that is useful to you.
