Understand that you don't remember which store you has been created and it's suspended currently.

Amazon's Seller Central offers many additional features and tools to help enhance your selling experience. On the top banner of main page, there is a Key Metrics banner. You may select the Account Health Tab to check the Account Health Breakdown which indicated the list of stores you created with status and rating.

Before closing an account, it must be in good standing and reasons for account enforcement must be resolved. You will also need to complete the following steps before closing your account permanently:

  1. Fulfill any outstanding orders.
  2. Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-Z Guarantee claims period is honored.
  3. Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
  4. Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
  5. Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
