I went through identity and supply chain verification. I provided everything they requested. I was told 5 business days and it has now been 6 weeks! I have reached out to seller support multiple times to be told its been forwarded to the internal team every time. I recently got some updates days later :

"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand your query regarding your identity and supply chain verification outcome. We have contacted our internal team for information regarding your issue. We will contact you as soon as we have an update or if we require further information. We encourage you to wait for our response and assure you that our teams are working on your request."

Then follow up 12 days later with this:

"My name is Paul! Thank you for your continued patience regarding verification issues. At this time I am working with our internal team to reach a resolution on your case. While I don’t currently have an update, I will follow up with you as soon as additional information is available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thank you for selling with Amazon,

Paul V.

Amazon.com Seller Support"

How is it that this is taking so long? I know some people who got approved within an hour of completing the interview.

I finally got a notification on 9/19 stating:

"Hello,

Thank you for joining the video call.

We have received the documents required to complete your identity and supply chain verification and it is under review. It may take us 2 business days to complete our review and provide you with a final decision. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

Thank you.

Amazon"

this came months after my video call was completed and I still have no responses. it has been 4 more weeks since this notification. the account is still stuck in limbo! I can sell what is in fba and fbm. but no inbound fba and no payouts. you are holding almost $40,000 and I refuse to sell on the platform until this is resolved.

my account health is also declining due to the loss in sales.
