Two unrelated to my products Reviews

I rencently received two low star reviews complained about Amazon FBA carrier which is not related to my products at all.

Please read:

1.we received an OPEN BOX merchandise not a new, we DID NOT unfolded curtains yet, we DON'T KNOW there conditions inside.

2. I do not think it is the sellers fault I think the issues with the fabric happened due to very very poor packaging. Whatever Amazon plant packed this whole package that had other items as well did a HORRIBLE job. The bag the curtains came in was ripped open and the fabric around the rings was damaged as well as scrapes in the fabric. Shame on whoever packed my box because they did a HORRIBLE job and it seemed like they intentionally were trying to damage products. Aside from the packager damaging my items these curtains are VERY GOOD QUALITY. They do come very wrinkled but that's to be expected with the sheer top layer.

Amazon rarely (if ever) removes product reviews. From what I've seen, those will stay.
