AMAZON LOST THE PACKAGE

I use amazon logistics to fulfill the order to my customer who bought my item on other platform. However, it didn't deliver but still showing delivered on the tracking info. My client let the building manage check the tv and NO Package delivered at that time AT ALL!!! Amazon lost the package which causes me lost the trust from my client!!!!PLEASE HELP with this ISSUE. order number is S01-4985790-2049269 case ID 17906062821

As Seller Support mentioned on your case ID, MCF fulfillment fees and items in orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier aren't eligible for reimbursement at this moment in time.

You do have the ability to block future MCF orders from being delivered by Amazon Logistics (results in a 5% surcharge on those orders).
