I can't find the partial update file. I just want to change the product title!!!!
For some of the products with the same ASIN numbers in the US and Canadian stores, Amazon lists 4 items in Canada for the same ASIN number, while in the US the product is sold as a single item. To fix this, customer service said you need to download a partial update file and sent me a link. But the file is not in this link. Where can I access this?

Did you create the listings and is this your brand? If not, you cannot change the listing.
Btw it's not customer service, you are not a customer, but seller support.

Partial update isn't a file; it's a field within the inventory file template.
Download the proper template, enter the correct title, then choose Partial Update.
However, as @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAChas stated, you may not be able to change the title if this isn't your brand and you didn't create the listing.
