Account Suspended Due to Linked Account That Isn’t Mine – Need Help

Hi Amazon seller support

I’m hoping someone here can guide me or share advice. My seller account was recently suspended because it was allegedly linked to another account. I want to make it clear that the second account isn’t mine—it actually belonged to a friend. We may have used the same internet or device at some point, but our accounts were completely separate with different names, emails, and payment details.

That friend’s account is now closed, and I’ve explained this to Amazon in my appeal. I’ve always followed the rules and tried to be a responsible seller, so this has been really frustrating.

Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Any tips on how to get Amazon to take a closer look or reinstate the account? Appreciate any help or support.
