ship 1 month early? #OTDR. I forgot to change order capacity
I had order capacity set on 1 for a day and forgot to change it back before the weekend. Now I have orders that are supposed to ship 3-4 weeks out!!! It's about 30 orders.
If I don't ship, customers will be upset.
If I ship early customers will be happy but Amazon will be furious and ding my promise gap!
what would you do???
