Buyer returned Pet backpack carrier but not the collapsible bowl, what can i do.

We have a Pet backpack carrier that includes a collapsible bowl. There are three returns from buyers that sent back the backpack but kept the bowl. One stated the reason for the return was "apparel too large", another stated item "defective" and the last stated "Ordered wrong item". In each of these cases, they all kept the bowl. What are we able to do about this? I tried using the help section and requested a call from an agent but I never receive a call. Then they sent a message that I missed call. I have a case but they keep directing me to contact them and I am unable to. Talk to chat and they could not help me with this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

For additional context regarding restocking fees as @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD mentioned, in some circumstances, you can charge a restocking fee when a buyer returns an item. These circumstances include when an item is returned outside of Amazon's return policy or in used, damaged, or materially different condition.
