Urgent: Inventory Hold Despite Passing Supply Chain Verification

Hello everyone,

I’m posting again about the same issue because my business is suffering, and no action has been taken. About a month ago, I was asked for supply chain verification. I gathered all the required information and successfully passed the verification. During this process, my inventory was reserved with the explanation that it was part of the investigation.

However, even after passing the verification, my inventory is still reserved. It’s been more than two weeks now. When I call Account Health Support, they direct me to the FBA team, and the FBA team says that Account Health can help or that some other department, which is not available on call, can assist. This back-and-forth has resulted in a 50% loss in my business, and no one is taking responsibility or action.

Amazon has failed to provide us with an easy and tension-free platform. If anyone here can help expedite this issue, I would be extremely grateful. I have also emailed scram-appeals@amazon.com but have received no response or help so far.
