I was charged by Amazon two times, one day apart. I do not even know why I was charged. With my case log I cannot get an answer as to why or be refunded. I have uploaded 3 times screenshots of the charges from my card. I have selected being called and do not get the immediate phone call that is supposed to happen. My issue/question keeps getting skirted around. Does anyone have advice?
