Amazon has someone else as the brand owner. But we are the brand owner in Brand Registry

I am fighting a losing battle with Brand Registry support. Amazon changed the images for our Rescue Balm ASIN: B0003259NAS to the obsolete packaging. I have been trying to get them to change it back for the past month. They are now refusing to do it saying that someone else owns the brand. We are listed in brand registry as the brand owner and there are no other users listed. Same for seller central. I can't believe how incompetent the support team is.
