variation shows out of stock

I had three variations on a product. Two variations were shipped to address A via AGL, third variation initial location was B via AGL but it changes after that to C. It is still in transit on inbound status and shows Out of stock on the listing, invetory shows the exact amount. I am confused on what is happening to this listing.

Will this affect my ranking of the whole product? is this an error or is the product still in transit. The status on the listing is sometimes active and sometimes out of stock which confuses me . Please help.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you are having issues with some of your FBA items being in transit. While your items are in transit to the fulfillment centers, they will not be available for sale, which will effect the ranking of your product. Do you have a Selling Partner Support case ID that I can take a look at to see what the issue may be with your items?
