Inventory shipment in transit not made

Good morning. On September 13th, we requested a product shipment from Amazon to replenish our inventory, but to date they have not removed the product from our warehouse. When checking the status, it indicates that the shipment has been in transit since that day and there are no reported issues. We created a case but have not received a response. Can you suggest what to do in this situation?
