Amazon Seller Account Deactivated due link another account

hello, my account is deactivated due to multi accounts and i appealed many times but nothing changed. I am helpless and dont know what to do. can someone please help me to resolve this issue how can i active my account. thanks

Sell on another platform. Amazon uses secret backdoor ways to uncover links with sellers and accounts. Your only real option is to try and correct the problem with the original account and not try and open any other accounts. Amazon will never tell you how the accounts are linked.

My guidance would be to first, review the original performance notification. This should provide the name of the other account. Do you know that Seller?

The easiest way to reactivate your account would be to know who owns the other account and reactivate that one first. Is this possible?

Please also check if you have access to marketplaces outside of North America. You can verify this by:

  • click on the settings wheel, top right corner of Seller Central
  • click account info
  • you are able to view on this page if you opened other stores

Some information that may help with understanding: Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy and Address a Multiple Account Policy violation and Amazon Global Selling
