my account is not activated

Hello, my account has been disabled due to authentication. I made my defense to Amazon and sent it by e-mail. The documents were reviewed and I received an email stating that my account was activated. Additionally, a case has been opened and it states that my account has been activated. It's been 25 hours and my account still hasn't been activated.
