According to Amazon's Policy cited below:

"If you purchase Amazon's Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against claims where a customer reports problems with delivery."

*We shipped through Amazon Seller Central using BUY SHIPPING on time 03/17/2025

Shipped via Fedex tracking # 286521072366

Again, we shipped on time and through Amazon Seller Central using Buy Shipping as showed above. We request that this is corrected as it affects our Order Defect Rate(ODR)
