Currently, we are operating in Europe with our trademark successfully registered in Amazon Brand Registry Europe. However, as we expand our business into the United States, we have followed all necessary procedures, yet our trademark application continues to be rejected repeatedly without any specific reasons provided. nobody can help me ? It is very simple, we have the Bluet B Brand already registered and we want to add our new Bluet B Baby Kids Brand and Amazon does not understand our situation. I provided a screenshot of 15381465941 in which Amazon now tells me that there will be a case on Amazon seller so I can already I previously opened a case on Amazon seller and they told me that there will be a case through Amazon Brand and we no longer know how to act. We need help, please. They have also told me that we have done abuse by sending different messages because we are not aware of the issue and we apologize but no. It was with bad intentions, simply by not knowing the steps, we made the mistake of trying to open routes in several places.

After taking a look into your appeal case, I can see that the team determined there was abusive conduct that occurred. As they mentioned, their decision is final at this point in time but if at any point in the next 90 days, we find that your account is eligible for enrollment in Brand Registry, we will resume the enrollment application process automatically.
