Trademark Issue on brand
Our account is a registered brand with our brand name and trade mark number, my EIN number, and my product picture with my brand name on the packing box as well. However amazon still has the violations reflecting on our account health. I have opened multiple cases, but amazon keeps closing them out and my listings are at risk of removal by tomorrow. I have an open case, but that has not been helpful so far.
Is there anyone can help fixing this issue?
