Can't get compliance department to explain what the problem is with CPC and Test Reports that I've submitted
I manufactured a product and it needs to pass Amazon's Children's Toys compliance requirements (Test Reports & Children's Product Certificate). Fair enough. I used one of Amazon's recommended US labs to do the testing. I submitted the test report which showed that it passed all the relevant tests. I submitted the CPC. Now I get a response that says " Information Missing/Partial TR standard".
I have no idea what that means that they need. I've asked them to please explain what that means that they need so that I can get either the CPC fixed, the Test Report fixed or have additional tests done if necessary. I've asked this multiple ways over 3 times now.
All that happens is it says "under review" for a few days and then comes back with the same " Information Missing/Partial TR standard".
Anyone have any ideas as to how I can get this resolved?
