The shipment arrived at the Amazon warehouse on March 16, but was not registered for the shelves.
My logistics tracking information shows that the shipment was delivered to the Amazon warehouse on March 16th, but the shipment status changed to Closed and the product never made it to the shelves.
We are ready to do everything before we start selling, but why is the process taking so long.
I've tried to communicate with multiple customer services, who told me to initiate a discrepancy survey, but the response has always been that your shipment is not eligible for the survey process.
I have seen many sellers with similar experiences in the forums and I hope I can get help with my incident. Thanks!
