Shipping Charges Refunded
So a customer recently opened a return they had paid expedited shipping on with a return reason that is non-seller faulted. So they were charged for the return shipping, but kept the original shipping fees. I paid priority mail versus ground advantage so it was delivered on time as well. Is this something new? I thought before we got to keep the shipping charges?

If the return reason was not seller-faulted, then you should be reimbursed for the return shipping cost.
