Inventory stranded due to account not fully onboarded
Hi, my account was registered and I was receiving sales until 1 month ago but now my account status says inactive. I contacted support and they asked me to upload verification documents again. The documents were reviewed and i got a email that your account is now eligible to sell. but when i come to seller central, it shows inactive in United States market.
My inventory is in stranded and supports is again and again saying we cannot help with the issue. what the heck?

What does show inactive? "Listing status" or "Activate your account"? Post a screenshot here.

Connor from Amazon here, I've reviewed your account and see an issue with your deposit method on my end.
Please go to your deposit method page and delete it:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/global-dashboard/payment-information
Once you do that, wait few minutes, and re-add your banking information again. That will re-trigger the bank verification which will reactivate the US marketplace.
