Orders are going under Self-Ship instead of Amazon Easy Ship

Firstly, I have already opted in for Amazon Easy Ship(AES) and in my account, it is showing I have both AES and Self-Ship. But when I receive the order, then that order is going under self-ship instead of AES. I just want all my orders to come under amazon easy ship. Also, I have read all the instructions and restrictions for AES and my product does not lie in any restrictions.

All I want from you is to transfer my order from self-ship to AES so I can Schedule my pick-up as soon as possible.

Can anyone of you help me in this case?
