Amazon EZ SHIP - Lost Order

Has anyone had this happen? Amazon collected an EZ SHIP order and the tracking has not updated in 2 weeks. Amazon now sending daily emails saying the order will be cancelled. We shipped a second order via seller fulfilled to ensure the customer was not left waiting - however how we are out 2 units (high value item) and may have the order cancelled.

Any help appreciated - currently seller support just sending automatic replies that 'the team is investigating'....

I wouldn't have sent the second unit. Amazon will protect you on the first unit including insurances / feedback protection as required, but the second unit was your choice and now your loss.

Hi mate, I didn't face this problem before but I faced some problems that I couldn't handle with Seller Sport via "e-mail". Try to make a call with them and request an support team e-mail regarding to this situation. Most of the time, Amazon have some problem-oriented e-mails which is you can only contact if you know that e-mail and the easiest way to learn this e-mail is asking in a phone call.
