But we ARE the Winning Contributor and I have proof

I know we've all been there before, but this one is particularly weird.

Despite being the winning contributor for our ASIN, we are unable to change the attributes of our ASIN. We are the winning contributors in the UK and we've created many cases where Amazon admits that we are. Our seller ID and brand roles prove we are the winning contributors, but only in the UK. However, the issue is that our listing is showing the wrong attribute in the US and no matter how many times we've proved to Seller Support US that we are the winning contributors in the UK, the wrong attribute does not get fixed in the US. It has put our account health in jeopardy and has been a deactivated listing for over 12 months now because of it.

The Seller Support in the UK and the US do NOT share the same access to CASE IDs so they can not see that we've confirmed our winning contribution in the UK via Seller Support UK.

This is wild. We've proven all the Brand Roles and Seller IDs associated with creating the ASIN and the contributors, but Seller Support US refuses to recognize the changes to the ASIN that we've done in the UK and that it's not reflecting in the US.

We've even come across Seller Support Agents in the US in past cases that recognize this, and say they have made the following adjustments to the attribute, but weeks later... still nothing.

We've been getting the same canned responses from Amazon about multiple sellers having contribution rights and the "steward" being associated with another account. BUT, that other account is the UK Merchant TOken, which WE ARE the owners of and Seller Support UK keeps telling us that we are the contributing winners for the ASIN. It's just the US marketplace not seeing this....

We are at our wits end, and because we can't change the Manufacturer Recommended Age within the US catalog, our testing and safety documents keep getting rejected. We know we have to fix the attribute in Amazon's catalog before they will accept our documentation.

Any suggestions?
