Shipment not received TWO MONTHS after it was delivered to CLT2
We have been "penalized" for two shipment issues, BOTH for shipments to CLT2.
FBA18TT8BJXZ - Sent via USPS on 24 February, marked as DELIVERED by USPS on 28 February as well as by Amazon tracking but it still not been checked in and Amazon has marked this as an ABANDONDED shipment.
FBA18V03ZKKY - Sent via USPS on 1 March, marked as DELIVERED by USPS on 5 March. The shipment was CLOSED as having ZERO products in the box. Does Amazon think we sent an empty box?
It is utterly INSANE that all I get back through Seller Support are generic answers that make absolutely NO SENSE. What is going on at CLT2? Why is there a problem with every shipment while we have no problems with shipments to other centers?
This is a SIGNIFICANT loss of inventory and Amazon doesn't seem to care to resolve this.
