Amazon, Please Clarify Your New Coupon Pricing/Eligibility Rules
1. You state that in order for Asins to NOT be supressed in a given coupon promotion, that they must have a sales history wherein said Asin has not been sold for less than after the coupon is applied in the current promotion......
2. If said Asin has been sold for less than what the current promotion offers (coupons applied) according to an uninformed amount of time (not specified to us sellers from Amazon), than said Asin will be supressed?
3. Is this pricing according to the list price, your price, or sales price?
4. It seems that with all supressed listings in our promotions, this new policy is based off "list price"? Is this correct? Even when every seller's actual sold price is based off "sales price"?
5. Hoping to understand how this all works in order to make customers happier, and more sales for us both, so can you please clarify how one would get almost 200 listings unsupressed in a coupon promotion when those listings are being offered "with coupon!" for the best price they've ever been offered for on the platform?
Or just send us to some vague link that answers none of this at all.....please.

Its definitely not against the sale price, which makes no sense because that is the price that the customer sees and purchases at. See my post about it here:
I *think* they are basing it off of the "regular price" or "list price" which seems weird because a sale price should trump that. The coupon is an additional discount off of the SALE PRICE.
Hope Amazon can get this situated.

Coupons are broken. The information they provide doesn't align with what's actually happening.
Sales history, list price, reference price blah blah....
All of that is nonsense and doesn't apply to the issue.
ASINS that I sell almost daily, at the same price for years, with list prices, are suppressed. They all went suppressed on the 12th when they broke the coupon system with an update.
Brand new ASINS with no sales history and no list price, are NOT suppressed.
A couple moderators are trying to help, so I am just hoping they can get to the bottom of it.
