While my account was being reviewed, Amazon could not send money because my Mercury bank account was also having problems and the deposit method was removed.
After sending the necessary documents, I received an email stating that my account review was completed and that I could continue selling, and I am continuing. However, when I try to add a deposit method to withdraw money, I get the error "Forbidden. You do not have the rights to perform this action." I also used a loan through Lendistry via Amazon. I am the account owner. I tried by clearing my cookies, but I could not add a deposit method.
What can I do?

Your loan may have something to do with being unable to make the change as the seller in this thread (link to thread) experienced with a Goldman Sachs/Amazon line of credit. They needed to update the account with GS first, then with Amazon.
If you can't resolve it that way, open a case with Seller Support and post the Case ID, then tag a CM for assistance.
