Claim That Inventory Arrived as an Unexpected FNSKU Is Completely False

Our research shows that the 8 units of FNSKU B0DGYRFB8X that you sent with shipment FBA18K95594R have arrived at our fulfillment center as an unexpected FNSKU when compared to your shipping plan. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover the physical inventory of the located item at this time, due to the error in shipment plan creation. We are unable to reimburse or reconcile the discrepancies you have asked to investigate for these items because of the error.

There was absolutely no issue with the shipment from our side. Now Amazon is claiming that the units were received as an unexpected FNSKU and cannot be located, this is completely incorrect. All units were properly labeled with the correct FNSKU and the same Transparency code, following all Amazon requirements.

This situation is unacceptable and feels like a serious mishandling of inventory. Please @KJ_Amazon help me get reimbursed this is insanity. It's legitimate stealing.
