Waiting for Brand Registry while Amazon Support says I'm rejected
Can someone like @Sandy_Amazonhelp me get some clarity on this? I don't know how to approach this since I've already made an appeal and its still pending on Amazon. I've followed up 5 times with the same pending case and still haven't had a response for a week and a half.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a look. Please provide your appeal case ID and I can see where your appeal is at in the process.
As for Seller Support telling you that you are rejected, your application was rejected, this is the status that is on your Brand Applications Dashboard. Your appeal case would need to be responded to by the appeals team in order to be closed or resolved so if you have not received a response, I expect the appeal is still being reviewed. As mentioned I can take a look to review where it is at, but another item to consider is that "it takes an average of 10 business days to review Brand Registry applications. In some cases, we may need additional information to verify your identity, which can extend the application review period." (reference: Brand Registry application process) so appeals can certainly take a bit longer.
