Brand Registry Pending Review
My brand registry is pending review. When i try to reply to the case, it says the case has been expired and cannot be reopened. When I try to open a support ticket, it says I don't have any registered brands. When I try to submit a new brand registry, it says your existing brand is pending review.
I need to reopen the case so that I can ask amazon to resend the verification code to the USPTO email.

I've reached out to the enrollment team to have them either resend the code to you OR to close out the current application which would allow you to reapply! I expect to hear back in a couple days and will let you know as soon as I do.
