A-Z Team does not know the return/refund policy for MFN. Actually, they don't know anything!
Moderators here, please for god's sake give this feedback to whomever. We have 48 hours to process and refund an order. The A-Z team does not know this, I have explained in long form, short form, and in the most dumb down form and they don't understand or simply do not care.
Way too many times Amazon allows a customer to open a claim for a return that has either not arrived or ARRIVED THE SAME DAY.
Way too many times have my appeals, comments, etc. been ignored and they affect my ODR for no reason.
Or just replace whoever is in charge of that team because it is the worst team Amazon has by a mile.
