Our Amazon JP account has deactivated because we did not make a video appointment. The reason why we did not make an appointment is we cannot find out our merchant token number.
We have tried to contacted Seller Support for help mainly to ask they help me check out the merchant token number of JP. They said they would only help if we reactive our JP account. How can we reactive our account if we do not make the video appointment. The reason why we did not make an appointment is we cannot find out our merchant token number.
So we are stucked here.
