Escalated for Second Review - Information Not Being Reviewed

Hey,

On July 2nd after a long conversation with a very kind Health Support agent - the agent escalated our appeal to the second review team for further information as to what needs to be submitted for account reinstatement.

After 14 days, we heard back from the team on a follow up call to Health Support where the executive review team stated they need the following documents-

Invoice dated before the date of deactivation

Plan of Action with Root Cause and Issue Prevention

We went back into our files and submitted an invoice from an authorized distributor listed on the brand's website with supply chain proof along with an extremely in-depth Plan of Action.

The appeal was shortly declined for "outdated invoice" which makes absolutely no sense considering it is a much earlier invoice from the same distributor dated before the date of deactivation as requested.

We feel as if no one is looking at our appeals at this point, and the review team is not taking into account what the executive review team has requested.
