Brazil store I do not want but have violations for
6 months ago I posted about this extra store, I followed the steps and despite logging in periodically to delete listings . I’ve continued getting violations and now that store is at risk. I can barely communicate with amazon in english- what makes amazon think we can to do this in portuguese. What can i do about these violations? Will they affect my usa account?

Thanks for using the Forums to get in touch with us. I understand you being concerned and confused about your store in Brazil.
I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
I can see this is an issue for you. Is it possible you have a setting selected that might be causing your listings to auto populate all your stores? Do you know how many stores you have? and do you need them all?
To see how many you may have set up:
- In Seller Central - select the settings wheel, top right corner
- Click Account Info
- In the Store Status box you should see all the stores
- Also review the Manage Your Services box on the right - this may provide some help
In this area you may also control vacation settings but that will not help with the listings, only sales.
