Negative VINE Review mentions not being able to return product
I just got a negative VINE review (I had gotten 13 before this; mostly 4's, some 5's, one 3). It is my first product (an educational science game) and I do appreciate the honest feedback. This particular VINE review gave 2 stars and was extremely critical, called it a failure and described it as “like playing rock, paper, scissors without paper.” They also said "Too bad we had to wait for school to be in session; the return window closed." But since this was a VINE review, this was free to them including free shipping, correct? I don't understand this part of their review. Was there something they had to contribute to get this game that they want back with a return?
