Too many buyers get their goods for free through AZ

Order: 113-6147598-1543458

When a customer contacts us about a missing part, we ask the customer to circle the missing part on the manual so that we can solve the problem for the customer. We have never had any missing parts in this product. In this regard, the customer has not responded to us. By the time the customer filed an AZ claim and we filed a complaint, during which time the customer had already received and used our package for up to a month. But Amazon still charged the customer $556.39 from our account, and the customer did not send the package back to us. This means that the customer receives a product for free through AZ. How ridiculous it is to defend unreasonable customers at the expense of sellers. The customer never told us about the missing parts. We highly doubt whether the customer feedback is true.

However, Amazon only listened to the customer's one-sided word, and then refunded the customer and included it in our ODR. Amazon's move is tantamount to chilling the hearts of sellers and driving sellers away from the Amazon platform.

you just now realized this? This has been going on for years. Amazon accepts buyer fraud/scams. And the seller is always forced to deal with it and take the loss. Who can you fight with? A bot? That's the problem, instead of having real people working these departments, they have AI's & Bots that can't tell lies, manipulation, buyer scams, logic, they don't even have common sense! That why everyone says Amazon is the new wild wild west. Anything goes and your forced to just take the loss. Safe T claims don't always help neither.

Amazon scammers make up almost 80% of the buyers I encountered last month,Possible economic downturn, buyers prefer zero dollar purchases

It truly sucks how Amazon caters to awful buyers. Keep fighting it.

A huge problem is that 95% of customers do not notice, or have their messages blocked through Amazon so they do not see your offer to help and open a claim.

You're just noticing? There was an Indiana couple who stole 1.2 million in merchandise from Amazon. And it was not Amazon that caught them...it was the IRS. The couple was reselling everything and making alot of money and they noticed... You can assume that they aren't they only ones and the others are better at hiding their money.

The main rule of scamming on Amazon: Only buy from 3P's because Amazon doesn't care if they get robbed.

Yours is a small amount, I have had buyers return chargers for me for items that cost $1000, Look Amazon selling is a big risk, you just have to put that while calculating your profit and losses
