We would like to clarify that the product 'SURMEDIC Perfection 24K Gold Eye patches' does not contain any skin lightening or whitening agents.
The Under Review status has been maintained for A MONTH. The product is currently inactive and cannot be sold, which is a big risk to our business.
I have also sent the product ingredient list and the image of the single box, but the investigation has been ongoing for a month, and when I send the case response, everyone just says that the investigation is taking a long time.
