Removing or clearing an attribute
I am trying to remove an attribute that does not relate to my product. i have opened many cases and amazon seller help cannot remove the attribute apparently. I have tried updating the category and also tried uploading a flat file. Is there a way to clear an attribute to leave it blank so that it does not show on my listing page? I am not sure what happened but there are features on my listing that are related to furniture and i am just trying to clear them out or remove them if possible.

Did this attribute appear just recently? Does your product have a decent ranking and good reviews? If yes, you may be looking at a hijacking in progress.
Is the product your brand? If so, are you in Brand Registry?
Post you latest Seller Support case ID here and hopefully a Community Manager who can offer some assistance will happen along.
