New Seller Needs Help with First Order 🙏
I just sold my first book! But...
1) I think I clicked "Tax Collection Model: MarketplaceFacilitator" or maybe something else, and the order just disappeared! I can still access the detail by clicking the link in the automated email, but on the seller page, "My Orders" shows 0, and it's not in the cancelled order either.
2) I list a shipping charge, self-fulfilled. But I do not see the shipping charge in the order. There is no break down. Just the product price.
3) Just to play it safe, I'm considering buying shipping my Amazon. Is there any loophole I should be aware of?
Thank you!

Make sure, it is set to show at least 7 days worth of orders, you may have reset it to "today's orders" or something

You cannot list a shipping charge unless you have a professional account. if you have a personal account, it's a flat fee you get.
If it shows no shipping collected, you didn't set up your rate tables correctly.
Oh so many. As for shipping, the package must show received by the carrier, on carrier's website, on or before the ship by date. Printing the label and scan sheets don't cut it. For everything else to consider, READ THIS post and the comments.
